Welcome to The Panel Experts™ (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, requesting an estimate, submitting a form, calling, texting, or using any services provided by The Panel Experts™, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1) Services

The Panel Experts™ provides electrical panel upgrade and related electrical services, including inspections, permitting coordination, and installation work as applicable. Specific scope, materials, timelines, and pricing will be confirmed in writing (estimate/invoice/work order).

2) Estimates & Pricing

• Estimates are based on information available at the time of quoting.
• Final pricing may change if site conditions differ from what was disclosed or visible during the estimate (e.g., damaged conductors, code compliance issues, meter/service requirements, underground services, stucco/concrete access, utility requirements, etc.).
• Any changes will be discussed and approved before work continues, when possible.

3) Scheduling & Access

• Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the electrical panel, meter area, and work location.
• Missed appointments or lack of access may require rescheduling.

4) Permits, Inspections, and Utility Coordination

• Where required, permits and inspections will be handled or coordinated as part of the service, as specified in your written estimate.
• Utility scheduling and approvals may affect timeline. We are not responsible for delays caused by utilities, inspectors, product availability, or third parties.

5) Customer Responsibilities

Customer agrees to:

• Disclose known issues (previous electrical damage, aluminum wiring, solar systems, EV chargers, generators, etc.)
• Maintain a safe work environment (pets secured, clear work area)
• Provide accurate contact information

6) Payments

• Payment terms are stated in your estimate/invoice.
• Deposits may be required for materials, permitting, or scheduling.
• Late payments may be subject to fees as permitted by law.

7) Cancellations

If you cancel after materials have been ordered or permits started, you may be responsible for costs already incurred.

8) Safety & Worksite Conditions

We may stop work if we determine unsafe conditions exist (hazards, structural issues, asbestos concerns, active leaks, etc.) until conditions are corrected.

9) Warranty

Warranty coverage (if any) will be stated in your written estimate/invoice. Warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, water intrusion, acts of nature, pests, tampering, or third-party modifications
• Utility-side failures or issues outside our workmanship

10) Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, logos, designs, images) is owned by The Panel Experts™ and may not be copied or used without written permission.

11) Communications (Calls, Texts, Email)

By submitting your information, you agree we may contact you via phone call, SMS/text, or email regarding your request. Message/data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Panel Experts™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

13) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where the work is performed, unless otherwise required by law.
